Van Tassel Exchange Policy
Eligibility
Items purchased from Van Tassel may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Original Condition:The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- No Damage:The item must not have any defects or damage caused by the customer.
- Original Packaging:The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Exchange Process
- Contact Customer Service:To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of purchase.
- Return Authorization:You will be provided with a return authorization number (RA number).
- Shipping:Return the item(s) to the address provided, along with the RA number. Please ensure the package is securely packed and insured.
- Exchange or Refund:Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them for eligibility. If eligible, you will be issued an exchange or refund as requested.
Exchange Options
- Same Item:If the same item is available, we will exchange it for you.
- Store Credit:If the same item is not available, you will receive store credit for the full purchase price.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping:The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Exchange Shipping:If the same item is available, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Return & Refund Policy
- Customer can return the product within 2 days from date of delivery
- within 7 days refund will be processed
Exceptions
- Sale Items:Sale items are typically not eligible for exchange.
- Customized Items:Customized items are not eligible for exchange.
Additional Notes
